Myydään 125/9546,5 osuutta Hyöteikön yhteismetsään. Etelä-Kuusamon alueella sijaitsevan Hyöteikön yhteismetsän pinta-ala on noin 3300 ha. Metsiä hoidetaan metsäsuunnitelman mukaan ja vuosittainen hakkuusuunnite on n. 2600 m3. Yhteismetsä saa vuosittain tuloja myös metsätyslupien myynnistä. Vuosittain ylijäämät ovat vaihdelleet 6-10 e/osuus. Tulo on verotonta, sillä yhteismetsä on huoletinut verojen maksusta. Vuoden 2024 ylijäämä maksetaan kesällä 2025 myyjälle. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
