Kaksi vierekkäistä metsätilaa Kolmikannantien varressa Karttulassa
Entisen Karttulan kunnan (nyk Kuopio) kaksi vierekkäistä, yhteisen kokonaisuuden muodostamaa tilaa. Rehevät kangasmaiden maapohjat. Puusto pääosin harvennettuja kuusivaltaisia kasvatusmetsiä. Tiloilla on myös koivikkoa sekä hieman taimikkoa. Taimikko hoidettuja kuusitaimikkoa, taimien pituus vaihtelee 1-5 m välillä. Kuviolla 3 on hakkuiden ulkopuolella rajattu pienialainen lähde. Tätä ei ole kuitenkaan merkitty metsäkeskuksen aineistoihin lakikohteeksi. Varttuneet kuusikot lannoitettu boorilannoituksella 2009: 1 320 kg Yaran booriraetta käsinlevityksenä. Maapohjat tiloilla ovat lehtomaista- ja osin tuoretta kangasmaata. Maa on paikoin hienojakoista. Puuston kasvu tällä hetkellä voimakasta rehevästä maapohjasta ja hyvästä metsänhoidosta johtuen. Tilan kasvatusmetsät ovat 2024 harvennettuja. Samalla tehty pieni aukko tienvarteen (istuttamatta). Ajo-ohje: Lamperilantieltä erkaneva Kolmikannan yksityistie. Tilalle Lamperilantieltä noin 1,5 km Kolmikannantietä pitkin. Tila tien varressa. Tässä sopivan kokoinen hyvin hoidettu metsätila. Rehevät maapohjat takaavat puuston kasvun. Tiloilla ei tarvitsen suurempia metsänhoitotöitä aivan heti tehdä.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
