Pihtiputaan Ilosjoella Jämsänlehdon metsätien varrella hyvillä kasvupohjilla 22,34 hehtaarin kasvatusmetsävaltainen metsätilakohde. Tilan maapohjat ovat pääosin rehevää tuoretta kangasta. Tuottoisampaa lehtomaista kangasta on reilun hehtaarin alalla, samoin kuivahkoa kangasta on reilun hehtaarin verran. Hienojakoiset ja soistuneet alueet on ojitettu. Tilalla on mäntyvaltaista puustoa noin 2 800 m3, josta tukkipuun osuus on noin 35 %. Nykypuuston laskennallinen kasvu on noin 5 m3/ha/v. Tilan pinta-alasta suurin osa on varttunutta kasvatusmetsää (77 %), taimikoita on noin viidennes ja uudistuskypsää metsikköä 0,3 hehtaarin alalla. Koko tilalla voi tuoreen metsäsuunnitelman mukaan tehdä harvennusta muutaman vuoden sisällä 7,8 hehtaarin alalla, josta kertymä noin 470 m3. Heti uudistettavissa olevaa alaa on noin 0,3 hehtaaria (kuvio 23) ja kertymä tästä noin 80 m3. Taimikoissa on täydennystarvetta kuviolla 22 (0,8 ha) ja raivausta olisi tehtävä muutaman vuoden sisällä reilun 3 hehtaarin verran. Boorin puutosta on 1 hehtaarin alalla (kuvio 38), jonne olisi hyvä tehdä terveyslannoitus. Kuviolla 23 vanha hirsirakenteinen kellarirakennelma. Hyvä tieyhteys ja tieoikeus on. Jämsänlehdon metsätie kulkee palstan läpi. Tarjoukset 4.12.2025 klo 15.00 mennessä.
