Kahden metsätilan kokonaisuus lähellä Nurmeksen taajamaa. Kohteella on hakkuumahdollisuuksia n. 1700m3 verran 10- vuotiskaudella. Harvennuksia on noin 6 hehtaarin alueella ja uudistushakkuumahdollisuuksia n. 6,7 hehtaarin verran. Maapohjista n. 75% on kankaita ja loput n. 25% on suota. Kasvupaikoista tuoreen- ja lehtomaisenkankaan osuus on n. 80%, loput kuivahkoa ja kuivaa kangasta. Kitu- ja joutomaita ei ole. Puuston laskennallinen kasvu on n. 4m3/ha/v ja ennusteen mukaan tämä taso säilyy aina 2040- luvun alkupuolelle saakka. Leppimäentien vaikutuspiirissä olevalle lohkolle ei ole tieyhteyttä. Kiinteistörekisteriotteelle on merkitty tieoikeus. Tieoikeuden paikasta on sovittu kirjallisesti naapurikiinteistön omistajan kanssa v. 1978 Leppimäentieltä Hammaslampea kohti.
