Hakkuumahdollisuuksia on 10- vuotiskaudella n. 1200m3 verran n. 13,7 hehtaarin alueella. Hakkuista ensiharvennuksen ja harvennuksen osuus on n. 400m3 n. 8 hehtaarin alueella ja uudistushakkuun osuus on n. 800m3 n. 5,6 hehtaarin alueella. Kasvupaikat ovat erinomaiset metsänkasvatukseen. Tuoreen kankaan osuus on n. 86% pinta-alasta, kangasmaata on samainen n. 86% pinta-alasta. Suon osuus pinta-alasta on n. 9%. Laskennallinen kasvu on tällä hetkellä n. 6m3/ha/v tasolla ja ennusteen mukaan se tulee olemaan 2040- luvun puolivälissä n. 5m3/ha/v tasolla. Kohde sijaitsee yli 200m korkeudella merenpinnasta. Talven 2017-18 aikana kohteen alueella on ollut lumituhoa, joka on pääosin korjattu. Siellä täällä on nähtävissä lumituhon katkomia latvoja, latvasta katkenneet puut ovat kuitenkin pääosin edelleen elossa ja uusi latva on lähtenyt sivuoksasta kasvuun.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
