Vimpelin kirkonkylä, noin 21,0 ha määräalakohde tilasta RANNILA 2:624. Kohteiden sijainti keskustaajaman läheisyydessä, Vatpakan alueella (kuntoradat/ladut) ja Kalkkitien risteysalue. Paljon reheviä MT-kasvupohjia. Puustoja taimikoista aina päätehakkuuikäisiin metsiköihin saakka. Myös heti hakkuuseen soveltuvia kohteita. Metsät ovat hyvässä kasvukunnossa ja niitä on hoidettu hyvän metsänhoidon mukaisesti. Kohde välttynyt pahimmilta tuulituhoilta. Kaatuneita runkoja noin 120 kpl, jotka kannattaa kerätä ja yhdistettävissä samalla kertaa muihin tarvittaviin hakkuisiin. Tilan rajoja on merkitty tiestöjen läheisyydestä ja rajoilla/tienvarressa opastekyltit.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
