Kahdeksasta metsätilasta koostuva kokonaisuus
Kahdeksasta tilasta koostuva metsätilakokonaisuus. Arvioitu kokonaispuusto metsäarvioiden mukaan noin 4900 m3. Kokonaisuudesta on laadittu neljä erillistä metsäarviota sijainnin mukaan. Kiinteistöjen Perineva ja Löytynkorpi alueella on suunnitteilla Myyränkankaan tuulivoimahanke, joka on kaavoitusvaiheessa. Hankkeen toteuttaja on Fortum. Myytävien tilojen Perineva ja Löytynkorpi on tehty vuokrasopimus. Vaikka hankkeen suunnittelu on pitkällä niin hankkeen toteutumisesta ei ole kuitenkaan varmuutta. Vuokrasopimuksen saa nähtäväksi pyydettäessä. Myydään tarjousten perusteella. Tarjoukset välittäjälle 15.1.2026 klo 15 mennessä. Tarjouksen voi tehdä myös pienemmästä alueesta jolloin tarjouksen liitteeksi karttakuva tarjottavasta alueesta.

Ostaja maksaa kauppahinnan lisäksi kaupanvahvistajan palkkion 138 euroa, varainsiirtoveron 3% kauppahinnasta, lainhuudon haun 172 euroa/kiinteistö ja mahdolliset lohkomiskulut Maanmittauslaitoksen taksojen mukaan. Mahdollisessa sähköisessä kiinteistökaupassa ostaja maksaa Maanmittauslaitoksen sähköisen kiinteistövaihdannan palvelumaksun 236 euroa.
Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
