Metsätila hyvällä sijainnilla Jalkakosken metsätien varressa. Joen pohjoispuolelle kulkuoikeus Mustanperäntieltä jokipenkkaan tehtyä tietä. Käytännössä joen pohjoispuolelle on kuljettu tilan koillisnurkkaan tulevaa koneuraa pitkin (tähän ei virallista kuluoikeutta). Puustossa hyvät hakkuumahdollisuudet.
