Koillis-Kuusamossa Vuotungissa Kuusinkijokeen rajoittuva n. 51,6 ha määräala Jokela tilalta hyvien tieyhteyksien varrella. Puusto on hoidettua metsää, pääasiassa kuivahkon kankaan mäntyvaltaisia taimikoita ja kasvatusmetsää. Kuusamon kaupungin lausunnon mukaan Kuusinkijoen varrella olevalle palstalle voi hakea poikkeamislupaa yhdelle rantarakennuspaikalle. Kuusinkijoen rannalla yli 20 km2 rakennuksen tulee sijaita vähintään 60 m joen rannasta. Rakennusten koko ja sijainti määräytyy poikkeuslupaa hakiessa. Ainutkertainen tilaisuus hankkia metsää kauniin Kuusinkijoen rannalta monelaiseen harrastamiseen mm. metsänhoitoon, kalastukseen ja metsästykseen.
