Kiinteistöllä vanha piha piiri, jossa vuonna 1936 valmistunut talo, navetta, kolme varasto rakennusta, vanha maakellari ja autotalli talolle menevän tien risteyksessä. Rakennukset olleet kylmillään, rakennukset myydään purkukuntoisina. Rantaviivaa Kaitajärveen noin 375 m. Hakkuumahdollisuuksia 1-3 vuoden sisällä ensiharvennusta noin 10,4 ha ja harvennushakkuuta noin 5,5 ha alueella.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
