Myyjät jättävät itselleen palstan länsirajalta Kuntijärveen rajoittuvan alueen n. 75 m x 75 m. Määräalalle ja myyjille jäävälle ranta-alueelle tulee rasitetie olemassa olevaa tieuraa pitkin, katso liite. Tierasitteen paikka tarkentuu lohkomistoimituksessa. Puusto on pääosin tuoreen kankaan nuorta ja varttunutta mäntyvaltasta kasvatusmetsää. Tällä seudulla toimii Vuotungin Metsästysseura ry. Alue on tunnettua hirvi ja karhu aluetta. Määräala saa osuudet myös vesialueisiin.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
