Määräala erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla Takamaan metsätien varressa lähellä Haapajärven taajamaa. Puunkorjuu mahdollista myös sulan maan aikana. Hyvät kasvupohjat. Määräalla 5,2 ha avohakattua aluetta ja 3,4 ha siemenpuuhakattua aluetta, jossa metsän uudistamistyöt ovat tekemättä. Avohakatusta alueesta n. 0,8 ha on jäämässä tulevan sähkölinjan alle. Määräalalle on tulossa uusi sähkölinja. Sähkölinja alle jää n. 4,0 ha:n alue. Omistaja on allekirjoittanut sopimuksen sähkölinjasta. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
