Leppävirralla Itä-Saamaisentien varrella olevat kolme metsätilaa, joista kaikista myyjä pidättää itseelleen määräalan. Itä-Saamaisentien ja Kivijärven väliset palstat jäävät kokonaan kaupasta pois ja kiinteistöstä Eteläranta 23:3 vielä lisäksi kiinteistön rakennusten ympärille jäävä noin 3,6 ha:n kokoinen määräala. Myynnissä on noin 45,7 ha hyvää metsämaata, jossa on kuusivaltaista puustoa noin 5200 m3. Puustosta on metsänhoitosuositusten mukaan heti hakattavissa noin 1300 m3. Tilan taimikoissa ja nuorissa metsisä on taimikonhoidon, nuoren metsän kunnostuksen ja terveyslannoituksen tarvetta. Kiinteistöistä kaksi rajoittuu yleiseen tiehen (Itä-Saamaisentie). Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
