Leppävirralla Vehmersalmentien ja Kanteleentien risteyksen maastossa oleva metsätila ja Leppävirralla kirkonkylän pohjoispuolella Isomustan rannalla oleva metsätila.
Leppävirralla Vehmersalmentien varrella oleva 15,044 ha:n metsätilat ja Leppävirralla Isomustantien varrella oleva 1,83 ha:n metsätila. Tiloilla on mäntyvaltaista puustoa noin 3000 m3, josta on metsänhoitosuositusten mukaan heti hakattavissa noin 2700 m3. Tiloille on erittäin hyvät pääosin julkiset tieyhteydet. Valtaosa heti hakattavissa olevasta puustosta on päällystetyn Vehmersalmentien varrella. Tarjouksia voi kummastakin tilasta yhdessä tai erikseen tiloittain. Tarjouslomakkeen lisätietoihin voi kirjoittaa mitä tiloja tarjous koskee. Hintapyyntö tiloista yhdessä on 165 000 €. Tarjoukset pyydetään tekemään tämän myyntiesiteen kautta 10.8.2026 klo 15.00 mennessä. Välittäjä on tavoitettavissa 27.7. alkaen.

Payments to the buyer
Ostaja maksaa kauppahinnan lisäksi kaupanvahvistajan palkkion 143 euroa, varainsiirtoveron 3% kauppahinnasta, lainhuudon haun 172 euroa/kiinteistö. Mahdollisessa sähköisessä kiinteistökaupassa ostaja maksaa Maanmittauslaitoksen sähköisen kiinteistövaihdannan palvelumaksun 236 euroa.
Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
