Konnevedellä sijaitseva Teerisuon tilasta lohkaistava noin 27,85 hehtaarin määräala rajoittuu Mulliahontiehen ja sijoittuu tien eteläpuolelle. Määräalan kasvupaikat koostuvat tuoreista kankaista 12,9 hehtaaria (47 %) ja kuivahkoista kankaista 14,9 hehtaaria (53 %). Maapohjista 59 % on turvemaata ja 41 % kivennäismaata. Puusto koostuu lähes kokonaisuudessan taimikoista, joiden pinta-ala on yhteensä noin 24,7 hehtaaria (88,6%). Lisäksi metsätilalla on nuoria kasvatusmetsiä 2,4 hehtaaria (8,5%) sekä varttuneita kasvatusmetsiä 0,8 hehtaaria (2,9%). Metsät ovat pääosin taimikoita, minkä vuoksi tuleville vuosille kohdistuu metsänhoitotarpeita erityisesti taimikonhoitojen ja nuoren metsän kunnostusten osalta. Arvion mukaan kuviolle 22 on esitetty ensiharvennus lähivuosille. Muut hakkuumahdollisuudet sijoittuvat pääosin myöhempiin ajankohtiin metsien varttuessa. Kohde soveltuu erityisesti ostajalle, joka arvostaa nuoria metsiä ja mahdollisuutta vaikuttaa niiden kehitykseen aktiivisella metsänhoidolla. Tarjoukset 20.10.2026 klo. 15.00 mennessä. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
