Kannonkosken Hilmonkoskella sijaitseva monipuolinen metsätila kahdessa palstassa.
Kannonkosken Hilmonkoskella sijaitseva Metsäpelto-niminen metsätila koostuu kahdesta palstasta ja sen pinta-ala on 6,45 hehtaaria. Maapohjat koostuvat tuoreista kankaista 5,39 hehtaaria (87%) sekä lehtomaisista kankaista 0,79 hehtaaria (13%). Tilalla on arvion mukaan reilu 1200 m3 puustoa, joista tukkipuun osuus on noin 37 %. Puustorakenne on monipuolinen ja koostuu männyistä, kuusista sekä koivuista. Nykypuuston laskennallinen kasvu on noin 6 m³/ha/v. Puuston kehitysluokkajakaumasta nuoria kasvatusmetsiä 2,2 hehtaaria (35,9 %), varttuneita kasvatusmetsiä 1,7 hehtaaria (27 %), uudistuskypsiä metsiä 1,4 hehtaaria (23,4 %) sekä taimikoita 0,8 hehtaaria (13,7 %). Arvion mukaan harvennushakkuita on mahdollista toteuttaa yhteensä 3,9 hehtaarin alueella. Lisäksi lähivuosille on ehdotettu noin 0,7 hehtaarin uudistushakkuuta. Taimikot ja nuoret kasvatusmetsät on hoidettu asianmukaisesti. Luonnon monimuotoisuuden kannalta huomioitavia kohteita ovat kuvion 42 joenvarsikohde ja kuviolla 40 sijaitseva lähteikkö. Hilmonkosken rantaan rajoittuva palsta sijaitsee osittain rantaosayleiskaava-alueella. Tilalla on osuudet yhteiseen vesialueeseen (Pudasjärven jakokunta). Tarjoukset 29.10.2026 klo. 15.00 mennessä.
