Hyvässä kasvuvaiheessa oleva metsätila Konnevedellä Uuralahdentien varrella.
Konnevedellä Uuralahdentien varrella sijaitseva 8,39 hehtaarin metsätila. Tilan maapohjista 5,2 hehtaaria (61 %) on tuoretta kangasta, 1,1 hehtaaria (13 %) kuivahkoa kangasta ja 2,2 hehtaaria (26 %) kuivaa kangasta. Puusto koostuu nuorista ja varttuneista kasvatusmetsistä. Nuoria kasvatusmetsiä on noin 4,6 hehtaaria (54,1 %) ja varttuneita kasvatusmetsiä noin 3,9 hehtaaria (45,9 %). Tilalla on puustoa vajaat 700 m³, josta tukkipuun osuus puustosta on muutama prosentti. Nykypuuston laskennallinen kasvu on hyvä noin 7 m³/ha/vuosi. Tilalla ei ole välitöntä hakkuutarvetta, vaan hakkuumahdollisuudet painottuvat myöhempiin ajankohtiin metsien varttuessa. Nuoret kasvatusmetsät on hoidettu asianmukaisesti, eikä metsäarviossa ole esitetty ajankohtaisia metsänhoitotöitä. Metsätilalla sijaitsee pieni huoltorakennus, jossa sauna (n. 13 m2) sekä kotarakennus (n. 14 m2) Uurainen-nimisen järven rannalla. Kaavaan merkittyä rakennusoikeutta tilalla ei ole.
