Kasvatusmetsävaltainen metsätila Kivijärven ja Kyyjärven kuntien rajalla.
Kivijärven kunnan länsiosassa Lummeperällä sijaitseva noin 20,8 hehtaarin Mareikko (265-401-12-1)-niminen tila. Tilan metsämaan pinta-alasta kivennäismaata on 66 % ja turvemaata 34 %. Kasvupaikat koostuvat tuoreista kankaista, joita on noin 10,8 hehtaaria (52 %) ja kuivahkoista kankaista, joita on noin 10 hehtaaria (48 %). Kehitysluokkajakauma painottuu varttuneisiin kasvatusmetsiin, joita on noin 9,9 hehtaaria (47,2 %). Nuoria kasvatusmetsiä on noin 6,4 hehtaaria (30,8 %), taimikoita 4 hehtaaria (19,1 %) sekä uudistuskypsää metsää noin 0,6 hehtaaria (3,0 %). Tilalla on havupuuvaltaista puustoa arvion mukaan reilu 2100 m³, joista tukkipuun osuus on noin 24 %. Nykypuuston laskennallinen kasvu on noin 5 m³/ha/vuosi. Metsäsuunnitelman mukaan lähivuosille on suunniteltu ensi- ja harvennushakkuita noin 7 hehtaarin alueelle, joista arvioitu hakkuukertymä on noin 300 m³. Taimikot ovat juuri hoidettuja, eikä suunnitelmassa ole esitetty taimikonhoitotarpeita tuleville vuosille. Tilalle ei ole suoraa tieyhteyttä. Kulku tilalle tapahtuu Lummelammentieltä talvitien pohjaa pitkin. Tarjoukset 8.12.2026 klo 15.00 mennessä.

However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
