Isohko metsätila Savitaipaleella. Tila on kolmessa palstassa. Suurin ja pienin palsta ovat Kiihasuon ja VT13 välissä. Kolmas palsta on Hiukkasentien varressa Ahonikin maisemissa. Tilan puusto suurimmaksi osaksi hoidettua nuorta ja varttunutta kasvatusmetsää. Lisäksi on pienet alat taimikkoa ja uudistuskypsää metsää. Näiden lisäksi on uudistamatonta alaa vajaat kolme hehtaaria. Uudistamattoman alueen osalta uudistamisvelvoite siirtyy ostajalle. Tilasta on vuokrattu turvetuotantoon noin 2,3 ha turvetuotantoaluetta ja noin 0,76 ha tiealuetta. Vuokra-aika päättyy 31.12.2037. Liitteenä on kartta vuokratusta alueesta. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
