Pieni puuhapalsta läheltä Lieksan taajamaa.
Kohde koostuu kolmesta lohkosta, joista kaksi sijaitsee aivan Lieksan taajamassa Savottatien varrella. Näiden lohkojen alueilla on voimassa asemakaava sekä kaksi yleiskaavaa. Kaavassa alue on Lieksan kaupungilta saatujen tietojen mukaan merkitty Y-1 alueeksi, eli yleisten rakennusten korttelialueeksi julkista rakentamista varten. Näitä lohkoja koskee maisematyölupa vaatimus puustonkäsittelyn osalta. Kolmas lohko sijaitsee hiukan kauempana taajamasta Lääsön alueella. Lohkon alueella on Lieksa Ruunaa Strateginen yleiskaava 2040+, jossa lohkoon kohdistuva kaavamerkintä on metsäbiotalousalue. Kaavamerkinnällä ei ole vaikutusta metsänkäsittelyyn. Kolmannelle ja samalla suurimmalle lohkolle ei ole tieyhteyttä. Kiinteistörekisteriin on merkitty tieoikeus lähimmälle metsäautotielle. Kyseisellä lohkolla on hakkuumahdollisuuksia n. 1,1 hehtaarin alueella n. 200 m3 verran. Loppuosa n. 2,4ha lohkosta on vielä kasvatusvaiheessa ja sen voi halutessaan vaikka lannoittaa lisäkasvun aikaansaamiseksi. Suurimman lohkon lähelle tulevaa metsäautotietä ei ole aurattu kuluvan talven aikana. Huom! Välittäjä lomalla 1.-12.4. ja 24.4.-3.5. välisen ajan. Tavoitettavissa 13.-23.4. välisenä aikana.
