Tilan pinta-alasta reilu 7 ha on noin 10 v taimikkoa. Isoin osa tilan pinta-alasta on ojittamatonta avosuota Hukankeitaalla. Suon reunamilla on jonkin verran vähäpuustoista kitumaata. Tilalle on tieoikeus Susikalliontieltä. Varsinaista tietä siinä ei ole vaan metsäkoneura. Susikallion metsätiellä on työn alla peruskunnostus. Kustannukset tälle tilalle ovat noin 100-200 € riippuen metka-tuen suuruudesta. Osa myytävästä kohteesta (avosuo) on merkitty FSC-sertifioinnin korkean suojeluarvon alueeksi (HCV). Suojeluarvoja ei ole selvitetty maastossa, vaan tieto perustuu paikkatietoon ja kaukokartoitukseen. Jos suojeluarvoja löytyy, pitää ne ottaa huomioon metsien käsittelyssä, kun puunostaja on sitoutunut noudattamaan FSC-sertifioinnin vaatimuksia.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
