Mukavan kokoinen metsätila eteläisessä Askolassa, Porvoon rajalla.
Askolan kunnan Särkijärven kylässä sijaitseva Kärri-Jonni -niminen kiinteistö Rn:o 2:134 (kiinteistötunnus 18-409-2-134). Kiinteistön pinta-ala on kiinteistörekisterin tietojen mukaan 20,92 hehtaaria. Kiinteistö on kokonaisuudessaan metsämaata. Maasto ja puusto on monimuotoista. Tila muodostuu pääasiassa nuorista ja varttuneista kasvatusmetsiköistä. Metsäarvion mukainen puumäärä on n. 2.500 m3. Vanhemmissa kasvatusmetsiköissä on harvennukset pääosin tehty. Nuoremmissa puustoissa on jonkin verran hoitotarpeita. Tilalle on kuljettu Myrskyläntieltä Kärrintietä. Kiinteistörekisterin tietojen mukaan kiinteistöllä ei kuitenkaan ole tieoikeutta kyseiseen tiehen. Kärrintiellä ei ole tiekuntaa. Tilan rajoja on nauhoitettu suuntaa antavasti oranssilla Metsätilat.fi -nauhalla. Nauhoituksen perusteella ei voida suorittaa esim. metsätalouden toimenpiteitä. Nauhoituksen yhteydessä ei löytynyt kaikkia kiinteistön rajapyykkejä. Tarjouskilpailu. Tarjoustenjättö päättyy 20.5. klo 23.59. Tarjouksia ei käsitellä ennen tarjoustenjätön päättymistä.
