Viidestä palstasta koostuva kokonaisuus
Parkanon Luomankylässä sijaitseva noin 51,7 hehtaarin metsätilakokonaisuus, joka koostuu viidestä palstasta. Kokonaisuuteen kuuluvat: metsämääräala Halmela 6:21 metsätila Länsipuoli 6:37 Metsistä yli puolet on varttunutta tai uudistuskypsää puustoa. Metsäarvioiden mukaan kokonaispuuston määrä on noin 5033 m³. Alueelle on suunnitteilla Takakangas–Pihlajaharju-tuulivoimahanke, jonka toteuttajana toimii Parkanon Tuuli Oy. Halmelan tilan osalta on tehty vuokrasopimus, joka on saatavilla pyydettäessä. Vaikka hankkeen suunnittelu on pitkällä, sen toteutuminen ei ole vielä varmaa. Kohde myydään tarjousten perusteella. Tarjoukset tulee toimittaa välittäjälle viimeistään 15.6.2026 klo 15. Ps. Mahdollisuus tehdä tarjous myös yksittäisestä palstasta.

Ostaja maksaa kauppahinnan lisäksi kaupanvahvistajan palkkion 143 euroa, varainsiirtoveron 3% kauppahinnasta, lainhuudon haun 172 euroa ja lohkomiskulut Maanmittauslaitoksen taksojen mukaan. Mahdollisessa sähköisessä kiinteistökaupassa ostaja maksaa Maanmittauslaitoksen sähköisen kiinteistövaihdannan palvelumaksun 236 euroa.
Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
