Kohteen pohjoisrajalla kulkee Kuruntie ja itäpuolella Poikkeusharjuntie, mikä takaa hyvän saavutettavuuden ympäri vuoden. Metsät ovat hyvin hoidettuja ja kasvupaikat ovat pääosin kangasmaata. Metsäarvion mukaan tilojen kokonaispuusto on noin 4 985 m³. Metsien ikärakenne on monipuolinen: taimikoita on noin 4,7 ha, nuoria kasvatusmetsiä 2,9 ha, varttuneita kasvatusmetsiä 21,5 ha ja uudistuskypsää metsää noin 6,6 ha. Lisäksi kohteeseen kuuluu noin 0,7 ha kitumaaksi luokiteltua suoaluetta. Tilan Harjunsalo halki on suunnitteilla Fingridin 400 kV voimajohtolinja (ks. liitekartta). Maanomistaja on allekirjoittanut hanketta koskevan ennakkohaltuunottosopimuksen. Sopimus on saatavilla pyydettäessä. Kohde myydään tarjousten perusteella. Tarjoukset välittäjälle viimeistään 18.8.2026 klo 15.00.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
