Hakkuissa on aiemmin hyödynnetty myös eteläpuolella sijaitsevaa valtion metsätietä korvausta vastaan. Kokonaisuus on puustoinen ja tarjoaa erinomaiset mahdollisuudet metsätalouteen sekä tuleviin hakkuisiin. Metsät ovat pääosin kangasmaata ja kasvupaikkatyypiltään ravinteikasta mustikkatyyppiä. Metsäarvion mukaan kokonaispuuston määrä on noin 2 822 m³. Peuramäen tilalla sijaitsee vanha talouskeskus rakennuksineen. Rakennukset ovat olleet pitkään asumattomina ja kylmillään, minkä vuoksi ne ovat purkukuntoisia. Kohde myydään tarjousten perusteella. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
