Metsätilakokonaisuus Kihniön Myllykylässä
Kihniön Myllykylässä tarjolla monipuolinen metsätilakokonaisuus, joka muodostuu neljästä metsätilasta ja yhdestä metsämääräalasta. Kohteet sijaitsevat pääosin Urhontien varressa. Kaksi pienempää tilaa sijaitsee Haapankankaan metsätien varressa. Metsämääräala koskee Hautaharjun tilaa. Myyjälle jää kantatilana talouskeskus rakennuksineen noin hehtaarin suuruisella tontilla. Metsät ovat pääosin hyväkasvuisia kangasmaita, ja kehitysluokkajakauma on monipuolinen. Metsätiloilla on sekä taimikoita että varttunutta ja uudistuskypsää puustoa: taimikoita noin 10 ha nuorta kasvatusmetsää noin 7,6 ha varttunutta kasvatusmetsää noin 25 ha uudistuskypsää puustoa noin 6,7 ha kitumaata noin 0,6 ha Tilojen arvioitu kokonaispuusto metsäarvion mukaan on noin 6 623 m³. Kohteet myydään tarjousten perusteella. Tarjoukset tulee toimittaa välittäjälle viimeistään 8.10.2026 klo 15.00 mennessä. Huom! Tarjous on mahdollista tehdä myös yksittäisestä tilasta.

Payments to the buyer
Ostaja maksaa kauppahinnan lisäksi kaupanvahvistajan palkkion 143 euroa, varainsiirtoveron 3% kauppahinnasta, lainhuudon haun 172 euroa ja mahdolliset lohkomiskulut Maanmittauslaitoksen taksojen mukaan. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
