Myydään määräalana Nikujärven metsäpalsta Rauhalan tilasta. Nikuntie menee tilan rajalla, palsta on isolta osin kesäkorjuukelpoista aluetta. Kuvion 19 luoteiskulmassa on pieni, wanha ja vaatimaton hirsinen, peltikattoinen eräkämppä. Tilalla on 2021 Paula-Myrskyn metsätuhoja korjaamatta, pääosin kuvioilla 7, 11 ja 18. Alueelle on tehny hakkuusuunnitelma pari vuotta sitten mutta ei toteutettu myyjien erimielisyyksien johdosta. Metsästysvuokrasopimus tehty Sotkajärven metsästysseuralle.

However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
