Yhteismetsä harjoittaa metsätaloutta, myy puuta, maa-aineksia, metsästyslupia sekä vuokraa tontteja ja eräkämppiä. Hakkuusuunnite 171 000 m³/2026. Yhteismetsä jakaa vuosittain ylijäämää, joka on osakkaille verotonta. Vuoden 2024 ylijäämä oli 58 000 euroa/manttaali eli tälle osuudelle 3451 euroa. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale

However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
