Myydään puustoinen (6788m3 v.2025) kolmesta palstasta koostuva määräala Pelkosenniemellä. Palstat ovat helposti saavutettavissa Suvannontieltä ja Arvospuolentieltä. Määräalan pinta-alasta (yht. n. 96,20 ha) metsämaata on yli puolet ja maapohjat ovat pääasiassa kuivahkoa kangasta. Puusto on pääasiassa kasvatusmetsävaltaista ja tukkipuun osuus koko puustosta on noin 25%. Kohde myydään tarjousten perusteella. Kohteesta voi tarjota joko kokonaisuudesta tai osista (yhdestä tai useasta palstasta) Mikäli teet tarjouksen vain osista, yksilöi tarjous selkeästi. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
