Tilalla Rauhala on ainespuuta yhteensä n. 290 m3. Kts. tarkemmat puutavaralajeittaiset määrät arviosta. Tilan pinta-alasta valtaosa on erikokoisia taimikoita. Tilasta on tehnyt maastotarkastetun arvion Mhy Oulun seudun metsäasiantuntija Tanja Mäki. Kuvioilla 1 ja 2 on merkkejä hirvituhoista. Kuvioille 1 ja 2 saisi suorittaa taimikon varhaisperkausta. Nämä rästit on huomioitu myös arviossa. Ylikiimingintien varressa kulkee moottorikelkkareitti ja sähkölinja. Kiinteistön metsästysoikeudet on vuokrattu Laitasaaren Erätoverit Ry:lle. Seuran puheenjohtaja Jaakko Suojoki 045-1336454. Ostajan on ilmoitettava yhteystietonsa metsästysseuralle. Tarjoajan on ennen tarjouksen tekemistä tutustuttava kohteeseen haluamassaan laajuudessa. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
