Kiinteistöstä puolet on nuorta kasvatusmetsää. Varttunutta taimikkoa on n. 20 % ja varttunutta kasvatusmetsää n. 28%. Taimikot ovat hoidettuja ja kuvioilla 13, 14 ja 16 tehty boorilannoitus kesällä 2025. Lähivuosina voisi tehdä muutamia ensiharvennuksia. Kuviolla 21 sijaitsee metsälain (1093/1996) 3 luvun 10 §:n mukaisesti erityisen tärkeänä elinympäristönä tarkoitettu lähde, joka rajoittaa käyttö- ja hoitotoimenpiteitä kohteella ja sen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
