Metsätila Poussussa Tikkusuolla Iijärven rannalla
Etelä-Kuusamossa Poussussa on myynnissä Niskavaarantien päässä 18,35 ha metsätila Mäntyrinne. Tilalle on Niskavaarantiestä rasiteoikeus. Tila rajoittuu pohjoisesta Iijärveen. Puusto on pääosin kasvatusmetsiä. Alueella oli Paulamyrsky vuonna 2021. Kaatuneiden puiden hakkuun yhteydessä puustoa harvennushakattiin. Soiden taakse jäi pieniä määriä kaatuneita puita. Iijärven rannalle on mahdollista hakea poikkeusluvalla rakennuspaikkaa. Lupaa ei ole haettu. Maat on vuokrattu metsästykseen Autiovaaran hirvimiehille. Tänä syksynäkin on saatu kaadettua hirvi tälle tilalle. Tilalla on vesialueosuudet.

Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
