Tila sijaitsee Varevaaran tuulivoimapuiston vaikutusalueella, josta maksetaan vaikutusaluekorvausta kyseiselle tilalle. Vaikutusalueen koko on tämän tilan kohdalla noin 21 ha. Vuodelta 2024 maksettu vaikutusaluekorvaus on ollut noin 666 €. Korvaus vaihtelee vuosittain ja se on ollut keskimäärin 500 - 600 €. Korvaus määräytyy hehtaarikorvauksella, joka on sidottu elinkustannusindeksiin. Indeksitarkistus tehdään vuosittain. Omistus- ja hallintaoikeuden siirtymisen jälkeen korvaukset maksetaan ostajalle. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
The buyer undertakes, in accordance with the seller's terms of sale, that the real estate transaction must be completed within 6 weeks of the accepted purchase offer. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
